Yes. The 15-minute call is completely free and without obligation. It's a chance for us to assess whether a full consultation is appropriate and how I might be able to help.
-
Yes, a referral is required to book a consultation. However, we’re happy to contact your regular veterinary practice on your behalf to arrange this and ensure a smooth referral process.
More on how it works.
-
As a remote service, we are unable to prescribe medications directly. If we believe medical treatment is indicated, we will provide a detailed therapeutic plan to your regular veterinary surgeon, who can then prescribe or dispense the appropriate medication.
-
Yes, the behaviour package includes email support and a remote follow-up to monitor progress and make adjustments, within 2 months of the consultation.
Additional support can be arranged if needed after the 2-month period (£85 per consultation).
-
No – and no ethical behaviourist should. Every animal is different, and behaviour is influenced by many factors including medical conditions, environment, the pet’s history, and how consistently the plan is followed at home. While many clients see significant improvements, progress varies from case to case.
What we can guarantee is:
A thorough assessment by a qualified veterinary behaviourist
A personalised behaviour plan
Ongoing support for two months
Clear communication with your regular vet
Behaviour change is a process — and we’ll be here to guide you through it.

Many UK pet insurance policies do cover behavioural consults, provided they’re done by a veterinary behaviourist or under vet referral. I recommend checking directly with your insurer and getting pre-authorisation if needed.
We don’t offer direct insurance claims, but you can request reimbursement from your provider after the consultation. You'll receive a detailed invoice and behavioural report, which are typically sufficient for insurance claims under behavioural coverage.
Book your free 15-minute discovery call to find out if behavioural support is right for you and your pet.
During this no-obligation call, we’ll briefly discuss your concerns, explain how the process works, and help you decide whether a full behavioural consultation is the next best step.
We’re here to listen and guide you.
